Raritan Timber Co. serves a new generation of builders — the ones pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in wood. We supply long-length clear-grade softwoods and wide-width rift boards, plus thermally modified wood, charred cedar, and thermal pine in various finishes — and the hard-to-source exotics most yards can’t get. When you reach out and we don’t have it in stock, you won’t hear “too bad.”
We scour the market to find exactly what you need — and deliver. We keep a small, intentional stock and source the rest fast, so the right material gets to the right job.
We’re not a warehouse and we’re not a broker. We make a market for specialty wood — holding what moves, sourcing what’s rare, and standing behind every board. We’re also the supply side of the same shop behind Chisel & Loom, so everything we sell already meets the standard we hold for our own finished work.
